Work with us

Shearers, wool handlers and shed staff

We are always keen to hear from people who think they are the right fit for our team.

Why work here

Paid right, treated properly

Small crews, consistent work through the season, and no chasing your pay at the end of a run. Every run is recorded electronically in our purpose-built app, so what you shore is what you get paid for.

  • Above award rates plus superannuation
  • Short or long term positions for the right people
  • Digital tallies — your figures are recorded as you go
  • Learners taught on the board by experienced staff and qualified AWI shearing and wool handling instructors

Your tallies, digital. Every run you do goes into our tally app as the day goes on, so you can see your own figures at the end of each day instead of waiting on a paper book. It is the same record your pay is worked out from.
